Payments and refunds
Purchases and eSIM top-ups on the website, bot and Mini App can be paid by card/SBP via Platega or with Telegram Stars. The invoice displays the final amount before you confirm payment.
1. Methods
Available methods are shown at checkout. Platega processes rouble payments on its secure payment page; Telegram Stars payments use XTR. Returning from a payment page does not prove payment; confirmation comes from the payment service. Stars checkout from the website requires a linked Telegram account.
2. Payment problems
Keep the order number and describe the issue in a support ticket. Never publish activation codes. Stars support is available through /paysupport; refunds use the original payment reference.
3. Refund terms
Open a ticket or use /paysupport with your order number and reason. We check payment, delivery, installation and usage. If a paid package cannot be delivered, we will arrange a refund. Other requests depend on the order circumstances, plan conditions and applicable consumer rights. Issuing an eSIM does not automatically rule out every refund. Approved Stars refunds return to the original payer’s Telegram account; you do not need to pay again to receive a refund.
